I can't understand why we haven't burst out of the blocks

Apart from the play off disapointment we ended the season in great form. You would have expected us to start the season better.  We have (apart from Malone) the same team plus newly signed players.
Has Slav tweeked the way we play so that the players are getting used to a new system? Has he badly managed the pre season? Is there an unidentified underlying problem?

Certainly a big mystery to us fans but maybe not to the people who pull the strings in the Club. Pre season build up, was there 1, the fixtures were not inspiring and either our players were still so depressed on missing out on promotion last year or resting on their laurels at getting pay rises and thinking this season would be easy, either way as a lifelong fan, I am not impressed, just depressed!!
