How to evolve our midfield to gain promotion

In Cairney, StefJo and McDonald we have the best midfield in the league so the main thing to do is get Cairney fit.  Norwood is improving every game and was excellent v qpr.  Cisse looks a little behind so maybe give him some U23 football.    StefJo can run box to box until he drops then bring on Norwood to replace.  If we are under the cosh, Norwood can join McDonald to increase the screen for the defence or replace StefJo like for like.  When Cairney returns we will gain greater control on games.  Cairney is wonderful at retaining possession and dovetailing the team together.
