Didn't see it in real time but didn't anyone get a view/see a replay?

If he did do it I don't want him anywhere near the squad again.

In his defence however the lino who seemed to have the casting vote didn't wave his flag as he should have if there was contact yet seemed to have seen it

CincyFulham1

There wasn't a replay on the live stream, so I don't think we will ever know.

cookieg

What is he supposed to have done?

Fulham 442

Shoving Bailey Wright apparently.  Didn't see it as like most people there I was waiting to see us take our free kick!

The manager says Kamara pushed a player in the chest off the ball and will be appealing the sending off. Not sure what others have claimed he did not to play again for the club.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

First view was that he pushed the player off with two hands to the guys chest and he threw himself to the floor clutching his face.  I have not seen a replay.

Kamara was getting fouled all night, but because he stayed on his feet the ref never gave it, then when he used his strength the bristol players would dive and the ref would blow. standard championship cheating that we see every week, standard awful referee that we see every week. it is disgusting, utterly digusting, and the last person i am blaming is kamara

This is a rare opinion but refreshing to see you stand up for Kamara while most on here, to include myself during the game, slagged him off. Interested to see a replay of the event and if we appeal.
Someone once asked me, "Why Fulham?".
My response, "Well, lad, you just haven't seen the light yet"

Have to agree with this analysis of the way Kamara was treated and could see he was getting annoyed. Again I don't understand the ref's decisions as what appeared to me blatant pushes especially in the middle of the park which they were doing all game. I really need a ref to explain why they are not fouls, yet no attempt is made to play the ball.

Have to say thought Kamara was pretty awful, not sure he contributed anything, but he was not alone in that.

Flint was roughing him up on & off the ball & in his face - AK took the bait hook, line & sinker.

What I am pretty sure off is the ref didn't see it and neither linesman was flagging.

All it seems anyone saw was there bloke on the floor.

Have to agree with this, the linesman was not flagging and the ref would not have seen it. If the BC player ws acting is this sort of thing liable to get some retrospective punishment?

Bill2

Jut read the BBC report and it says AK pushed the BC player. If it was wasn't in the face but chest is that a sending off offence? I wouldn't have thought so as this would result in 6 red cards each game

MaidenheadMick

How professional of Brownhill, the Bristol City player to clap the referee when he pulled out the red card. Kamara should have lumped him one as he walked past.

If it was a push rather than a blow to the head, then I hope we appeal. If we win, the Bristol City player should be given the three match ban. But I haven't seen it, so I really don't know. But it does seem strange that a lino, who was so convinced that he had seen such an act of violence that his say-so warranted a sending-off, had not chosen to wave his flag to alert the ref to this fact.

I could be wrong but...until the FA start to review and scrutinize every call made by refs in every game things will never change or get better.  The same should be done for player when it comes to calls.
Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

MrD1879

Flint was clever winding him up all game and with these usesless refs you will get away with it although it's pathetic if he did get pushed in the chest and went down holding his face.

That being said we had a slim chance of getting back in to it with 11 and his petulance cost us.

May sound harsh but he looks like Eddie Johnson to me. Runs around alot puts himself about but has no quality

Fulham news: Kamara red card to be appealed, Jokanovic accepts responsibility for defeat
FULHAM will appeal striker Aboubakar Kamara's red card in the defeat to Bristol City.

Kamara, a summer signing from French club Amiens, was sent off for violent conduct after off-the-ball incident with City skipper Bailey Wright.

Fulham head coach Slavisa Jokanovic believes Kamara's clash with Wright was the sort of challenge that happens "many times in the Championship".

And he said: "[Kamara] made a mistake and gave the chance for the referee to show him a red card.

"We are going to appeal because we believe it's not an option to send him off, but this moment is one of the crucial moments."

Bobby Reid and Korey Smith were on target in the first half to condemn Fulham to defeat at Craven Cottage.

Jokanovic, who cut a disappointed figure after the game, attempted to spark a comeback with a double substitution at half-time but Kamara's sending off put paid to the Whites' hopes.

When asked what he said after the final whistle, Jokanovic joked: "Stay with 11 players on the field!

"After the first 45 minutes, I tried to be quiet and I tried to change the shape.

"One of the more important things is to finish the game with 11 players. We gave the referee the chance for this and that's it.

"We must be clever in games that are in front of us. I don't believe it's a red card but we gave him the chance to show a red card."

Fulham striker Aboubakar Kamara is shown a red card

Jokanovic ditched his tried-and-tested 4-3-3 formation for a 3-5-2 system at the start of the game, but his plan backfired.

The Serbian claimed to have been working on the formation for two years in training, and accepted full responsibility for the defeat.

He said: "We tried a second time to try and find a solution with playing the diamond with two strikers to try and change the situation, similar to [the] Preston [draw earlier this month].

"It didn't work especially so well in the 50 minutes when we played 11 against 11.

"After the sending off we didn't show enough power to change our situation.

"First of all, I'm head coach. I want to take all the responsibility for today's defeat.

"On another side we are two points less than last season after 15 games. We are four points behind the top six.

"The challenge for us is to be brave, confident and show we are going to come back and fight for the top of the table in this season.

"I understand we didn't show enough quality today, Bristol played better football."

Fulham face Championship leaders Wolves on Friday night.

Unfortunately I think AK is turkey.
He does not have much, if any, skill on the ball.
Not once did he win, keep, turn with the ball last night. Typically a ball was passed to him, he passed it straight back, and then ran away.
He looks overweight (which, admittedly, can be fixed).
He was easily wound up by BC and also by the Bolton defence. We all said after 10 minutes he looked like a red card.
To me this is a classic case of a foreign player who can't get to grips with the very challenging environment of The Championship.
