Engine Room Cover

In the first half of the season one of the main reasons for our poor form was injuries to  Johansen and Cairney . It had been obvious last season that we had no cover for the three players that formed our important engine room, apart from the loan signing of the solid workmanlike Norewood
nothing has been done to change this situation.

Perhaps in the absence of our either of our two flare players Sess. could be coached to take their place.

Edun, Cisse, De La Torre   -  first and third of these homegrown  (or did Edun leave?)

Would love to see us bring Emerson Hyndman back from Bournemouth,  hugely talented player and amazingly still only21 years old, so still got his best years in front of him.

True. Would love this.

Hyndman is on a season long loan to Glasgow Rangers so would not be able to sign for us . Slavisa did not think much of him so that is why he was allowed to sign for Bournemouth. They didn´t think much of him either.

Yet another talented young player not quite up to the rigours of the Championship.

@jolslover

Hyndmans loan spell with Rangers ended, He did very well at Rangers and the SPL is a more physical league than the champ. So above statement is unfair/incorrect.

Hyndman has been with the u23 team and benchwarming this season. Rangers signed him last January and he stood out which isn't a hard thing to do in that team in that league.
Was great for us, but bringing in young players from other teams who have done more or less nothing all year doesn't make much sense as we have a youth team of players who could do just as well. Any acquisitions need to be strong, proven and undoubtedly an asset to us. Surely Hyndman is having issues if he cant get a sniff at such a struggling team ?

What are you talking about ?
Firstly, he isn't at Glasgow Rangers
Secondly, he was loved there and scored plenty, and they would rip Bornemouth's arm off if they offered them a return.

Some people 😣
