I have no experience of ever starting a groundswell on  a subject but would welcome joining one to support the case against these thug teams. The club could (but very unlikely) do something along the lines of Moyyes at Everton. When AJ was being branded a diver, Everton took steps (video) to prove that most were ligitimate penalties. He won. The referees definitely stopped calling him for diving.
