I didn't notice it before this season but there is announcement in the first few minutes after kick off. I'm deaf and can't work out what it is but it sounds like a really sombre tone. My daughter cant work it either so I'm just wondering what it is. I'm assuming its some kind of security announcement or something but really I have no idea. Can someone enlighten me? Ta.

Its a  reminder that the stadium is all seater  and the consequences to you if you stand up during the game.
Nobody takes any notice really.

I think it may be:-
This is an all seater stadium, anyone found not complying are in breach of the football clubs' terms of entry and may be removed.

Oh right, thanks! Never noticed it before until this season. Didn't think I was missing anything!

But then at some stage of the game everyone stands up, you have to if you don't want to miss the action.

Sitting in the Riverside you can't hear a thing that comes over the loud speakers. Tried hard to listen to Brede last week - couldn't hear a bloody word

You lot don't get excited enough to stand up anyway!

Sorry, couldn't resist that.

It was a bit difficult to hear him.  I think he said that it had been too long since his last visit, he didn't mind what the final score was as long as Fulham won and that he had never met a Fulham fan who wasn't a nasturtium.

I notice that the Notts Forest fans stood for the entire game last week.

And look how many people were seriously injured because of it!

They were all standup comedians.
