Celebrating Matthew Fox

20 years ago, on the 28th March, Fulham fan Matthew Fox tragically lost his life. No one should go to football, and never come home.

As a tribute to Matthew Fox (Foxy), family and friends are raising money for a flag in memory of Foxy which will be unveiled with his father Ian, at the upcoming away match at Norwich City on Friday 30th March.

Please join us by celebrating Foxy and his love for Fulham F.C by joining in with a minutes applause on the 20th minute.

You can also contribute to the flag via the Matthew Fox GoFundMe page: https://www.gofundme.com/celebrating-matthew-fox-fulham-fc

Thank you

➕A BIG 2️⃣    RIP Foxy.
Its not the man in the fight, it's the fight in the man.  🐘

Never forget your Roots.

I was there that horrible day, and, it'll always be one of those incidents, that will stick with me for the rest of my FFC supporting life.

The younger generation of fans are most likely thinking, who? But, those who grew up with, or around Matthew Fox, certainly won't forget, and, should never.

Think that something was done on his 10th anniversary, away at Derby, and this, on his 20th, will be much appreciated by his family.

People have most likely heard different variations of the story, but, no one should go to football, and never come home.

I've donated, and will join in with applause on 20 minutes.

Mince n Tatties

Used to stand next step down from where I stood in Hammy End.
I was at that game in Gillingham as well..

Never a truer word spoken!

No one should ever go to a football match and never return home?

As we stated on Twitter, it's not about contributing to the flag, it's simply about acknowledging the event and his life. Bring a pack of white balloons to the game!

We'll remember him at Norwich and in the years to come just like we've done in years past.

Join in the memorial, after all we're all a part of the Fulham Family are we not? A minutes applause on 20 minutes, that's not too much to ask is it?
The place to come with your ideas & suggestions on all matters regarding FFC. We're here to amplify the Fans voice.
