Worth pointing out that Schwarzer probably won us the point.

Not much more to add except that there were several good shots that he kept out of the net today, despite a few shaky patches. Here's hoping the Australian giant is on his way back to his usual outstanding self.

Early favourite for MOTM?

Salcido 2nd best player, some great crosses  :54:

His save from Artetas shot was good but most keepers would have got to that.

He looked a bit more reliable today though but Everton missed a lot of chances.

Not a bad shout for motm but he has lost that loving feeling.

Mark was MOTM, clearly. The only field player who had a better then average day was Salcido. Seems to be a great pickup. He's a better defender than Konch. Simon, Danny & Dixon had off days and Duff was bad again.

Maybe we should sit Duff & put Dempsey in on his wing and start Zolton and dare I say it, EJ up top.
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.

Save from Arteta was superb, looked a certain goal from were I was.

The stories today about us being in negotiations with him about a new contract are just rehashes of an old Sparky quote but it does look like Arsenal are looking elsewhere now and, if he can't move to another London club and keep his family settled, then maybe the big man may sign on for the new era.

Some idiot in front of me was booing Schwartzer after 11 mins when he almost fumbled a cross. A few words were exchanged and I made a point of applauding everything he did after that. The save from Arteta made my point superbly.   :clap_hands:
