More worried of us ending up like Reading or Sheff Wed. Wednesday twice in the play offs but failure this season and Reading losing finalists last year and one of the worst teams this year. I should have remembered that as I went there that evening up at Middlesborough. I think it was a Tuesday Evening. We were escorted from the Railway Station to the ground by scores of police officers. Because as I walked along the road,  I always remember thinking, this is one of the most depressing areas of the country I have seen for a long time. Makes you appreciate what you have.

I think it was The Watney Cup, although not 100% in the late 60s, v Derby County, who were a Division above us. At one stage we were 3 1 ahead.
