According to the article below M'Vila has an agreement with St Etienne that he can leave for free until July 31, if he wants to join another club, even though he's under contract until next summer. This because he made a 'big financial effort' (huge pay cut, I guess) to join St Etienne from Rubin Kazan in the first place. The same agreement states that if M'Vila hasn't joined another club on August 1 then he will honour his current contract.

Allardyce had him playing really well when he came in at Sunderland. Probably would've stayed there had Allardyce not quit Sunderland to manage a game in Slovenia before he got his pint of wine. We need good depth as much as anything else, and having him and McDonald as holding mids would be decent.

Went on holiday to same place as Cairney in Portugal either by chance or not and recently congratulated TC on his new contract - they've clearly bonded over something and respect one another.. does that lead to a respect for Fulham and a desire to play for one another? Could they play together?
