No one is going to pay 20 mil for Mitro except FFC. He lacks pace and quickness. I'd say he's worth about 15 mil. However, he fits us like 20 year old buxom blondes fit all our egos. Phony up the 20 mil and lets get this done.
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.

Also have we been linked with any other defenders recently? We look very weak back there.

Other than Mbabu and Malcuit, not as far as I'm aware.

Don't forget Mawson...

Basically anyone whose last name begins with an M.

We could be lining up with     Malcuit        Mawson        (Le) Marchand         ???? Need to find a left back beginning Ma

Marcelo.

Matt Targett?

Matt Smith ?

That's very true, Grandad - Matt Smith was Left Back a lot of the time when with us before....

Left back in the dressing room that is !

According to Polish sports journalist Mateusz Święcicki, APOEL Nicosia has rejected an offer from SC Freiburg of 4 million euros for his attacking midfielder Roland Sallai (21, photo). In addition to the Breisgauer should therefore also Fulham have thrown an eye on the Hungarian international, who scored nine goals in 29 games last.

Arsenal & Manchester City in talks for Monaco attacking prospect Nabil Alioui
Premier League duo Arsenal and Manchester City are in talks with the entourage of French youth international and AS Monaco attacker Nabil Alioui, according to RMC.

The 19-year-old is currently still on a youth contract, with Monaco seeking to make him sign a professional deal before sending him on loan to satellite club Cercle Brugge.

Fulham are also in touch with the player, who is mooted to be visiting Arsenal's training facilities next week once the U19 EURO competition is over.

On Manchester City's side, they are hoping to take advantage of their good relationship with the player's agents to make a deal happen, with Kevin de Bruyne's representative, Patrick de Koster, well placed to convince Alioui to join the Premier League champions.

Having been sad enough to youtube those young players - Sallai and Alioui -  both look really impressive. Sallai also gets to a really good level on footy manager  (for those who are interested in that type of thing).

Given our signings on top of this, we're making the right moves.

I am really surprised, the Khan's are "all that".

How's Mike Ashley? My Newcastle mates want him hanged. Hung. Whatever.

The only source that Seri has any issue other than chillbains is a talksport pundit who realistically shouldn't have any inside knowledge.

And chillbains isn't lupus.

Not an expert in autoimmune conditions. Definitely not that familiar with chillblains, so if Tabby is an expert I defer to him.

I don't like to get in to long nuanced medical discussions on footy boards. So I will leave it alone otherwise. Was merely trying to point out how absurdly off the talk sport person seemed.

Fulham tracking Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter

Fulham are ready to make Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter their latest summer signing.

Arter is desperate to quit the south coast after falling out of favour in the second half of last season.

The Republic Ireland international has been recommended to Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic by recently-appointed first-team coach Scott Parker, who is Arter's brother-in-law.

Arter joined Bournemouth from non-league Woking in 2010 and has helped the Cherries climb from League One to the Premier League.

He has not played a league game for the Cherries since New Year's Day

We must sign Mitro sooner rather than later or move on. Mitro knows SJ & our style & would need no time to bed in. A new player would need at least a couple of weeks to bed in. I think Newcastle are dragging it out as we are a direct competitor.

agreed.

Let's face it they could drag it out until the last minute then say no just to shaft us. I wouldn't put it past Ashley tbh.

Then were left with no striker again just like the last 3 seasons.
Siblings, let us not be down on it.
One total catastrophe like this...is just the beginning !

Don't think he would be a good signing to be fair

We really should not go here. If there is any truth in it then Scotty should realise that this would've a management nightmare

Depends on fee to be honest. For £4m or less I'd happily take him. Currently we only have Johansen covering all three midfield roles. If injuries become a problem we are in trouble.
