OK , but be careful that 19th century football can take some of the premiership teams by surprise and work for a while. We may need one or two players of a higher quality if we are to continue with our skill based tactics.

Hmmm.  Unusually blunt (though accurate) comment on another Premier League team's style of play.  Things could  be extra feisty next season.

You do what you have to do to get into the prem, but there may be some changes needed and a different style of play if you want to stay in.
We at Goodison Park have played the worst football we have played in years, under the worst Manager we've had for a long time, but we finished in 8th place ......... Job Done.  So now we move on to another season and a fresh start.
