First preseason game ends with a Fulham victory. 4 - 2 against Crawley Town at Motspur Park. Players played a half each. There were full substitutions.

If you look at the line-ups for both halves it looks like Slav was looking at several players to see how they are doing.  This included players on the cuff like Luka and others.  The second half line-up looked stronger to me but that is just my opinion.

What else he should've done? Jokane had no choice other than taking a look at the players who are with us at the moment. I'm sure he would've been happier if he had played a team close to what we are gonna field in the PL. Of course there is some time left to do the necessary business, and for sure we will sign a new player or two very soon. But knowing our club and judging the last few years, odds are we will have a difficult time early in the season. Especially when we need more players than usual, including starters and bench players. Hopefully our core from last season can carry us until the new signings are integrated.

Half of the goals looked offside amusingly enough. The Ayite free kick and Djalo headers are crackers though, and Kamara almost scoring what would be a goal of the season contender.
