With 3 good central defenders would it mean a change in formation.
Otherwise who would be left out. ??
Interesting times at the club when good 1st team players are on bench rather than squad players.

The match day 18 all have to be Premier League Quality. Every single match will be a challenge, many finally balanced. Results of matches can sometimes be decided by a moment of brilliance, an unforced error, a goalkeeping display bordering on the miraculous, or a controversial referees decision.
All these issues can happen for and against.
That is why we have to be organised, prepared and super fit.
As well as having the players and the ability to play three at the back, or other systems of play.
That is why I shall be surprised if we do not sign another 4 quality players minimum.

Do you honestly think, with just over one week till the season starts, and with one friendly left to play, that we will all of a sudden change to a system we have never played? And Ream and odoi will both make way this season for mlm and Mawson, unless they turn out to be donkeys (imo)
