On the official website there is now more detailed information under the "stadium development" tab, you can also download the planning summary,
It's a very interesting read if like me you hadn't seen it before, and some cracking pictures.

I am season ticket holder on Riverside, still not clear what will happen to the seat ? will they close the complete Riverside stand for 2'ish years ??

Yes, The Riverside Stand will close for 2 or 3 years.
