I usually give MOD a complete miss when we lose but this time I wanted confirmation that we really were that bad.


In fact Arsenal were good but they are not going to play another match this season where a team gives them so much space. That is assuming we tighten things up for the return match.

The Cardiff game worries me. If a player has not scored for ages or a team has not won for a while (Eg Sunderland last season and Tosun for Everton recently) and we come along....if we are not prepared to battle we will lose. No doubt Colin will have all his tricks on display.

We have all admitted that the defeats by City, Spurs , Arsenal and Everton were not at all unexpected and perhaps the team could be excused for not being together against Palace for the first game of the season but now failure to bring something back from Cardiff is unthinkable.

Surely with the form we had at the end of last season compared to them and the talent we bought in during the summer Cardiff just cannot be a match for us.
