I remember that game. We were wearing a green kit. Baird with a thunderbolt of a strike and also a well taken low-driven free kick. If I recall, that was a turning point for Baird because he went from zero to hero and became a consistent performer after that.

There are a number of good players in midfield and attack just waiting for the right situation to come good.

They need a solid back four behind them to give them confidence.
