I know it's a easy opportunity to have a pop at TC but it's so ridiculous.

We could have had Eric Cantona out there. It would have made no difference.

TC was there with Mitro and I think it was Chambers trying to get the ball out of AKs hands and he wasn't letting go. He was being told by his captain, manager and senior players to give it up and he was listening to no one.

By carrying on a fight out in the middle only increases the pressure and the likelihood of messing it up.

For me Mitro is now worth twice what he was before after showing the class to try and diffuse the situation and look after him at the end by saying he has done the same thing in the past.

Cairney is not at fault for this. The blame goes squarely on Kamara. It's not the first time it's happened and it won't be the last time that a selfish idiot puts their goal tally before the good of the team.

Kamara needs to have a good look at Balotelli and see how a greedy selfish attitude can screw up a promising career

The topic was about him not able to stop Kamara, that's it. Which is why it's such a shallow response. He explained what everyone on the team knew, and Kamara knew, but chose not to obey. He even says that he wasn't going to get into a fight in front of everyone, he wouldn't even give the ball to Mitro.

Is the captain supposed to be there when a player is being disciplined by the manager? Not that I know of.

I agree, it was unprofessional and embarrassing, Kamara was very selfish, and Alan Shearer on match of the day was scathing about Kamara and also highlighted how unprofessional he was.
Would not surprise me if CR comes down on him hard.
But then again he may deal with it in house, and life will go on.

Completely agree. Terrible timing. Someone who was in good form too. This will be a real test of his mental strength. If he does get a spot, and scores, we'll know where his head is at once he starts celebrating. If it's a Mario type of "why always me" type of act or if it's a celebrate with teammates immediately, kissing the badge, type. Hopefully the latter, but this RW spot regardless needs attention in the January window.

I have worked with, and in other contexts met, lots of people with natural authority and leadership skills. None of them have floored me or even screamed at me. And yet they have still been able to make me to do what they say. Through inspiration, or implied threat, or a bit of both. Cairney just has nothing like that about him, it is as simple as that.   

But maybe those same people have come across other more difficult complex personalities than you who they have not been able to manage because they had a different more stubborn mindset, one that cannot be reached. That's where Kamara was yesterday. He was not in the mood to listen to anyone. He was not communicating with anyone, he was not listening to anyone, he was not making eye contact with anyone, he was in a zone. If someone one with the size and presence and standing within the team as Mitro failed, then why should Cairney or anyone else for that matter be expected to do better. Mike Tyson on the pitch would have made no difference to Kmaras mindset yesterday.

That's a good summary. TC clearly says something but it's ignored. Mitro behaves maturely but AK won't listen. It would only have increased the chance of whoever took it missing to prolong the fight.

Rarely in such incidents when there is a dispute as to the penalty taker, the penalty is not scored, as their is so much emotion going on. The Captain is the managers choice for him to pass on instructions on the pitch.  Kamara was wrong.  He should be disciplined by the team and then the manager must ensure this does not happen again. Ranieri when he has finally got his first choice team selections correct ensure that they are disciplined and act to his instructions.
