I don't think so. EJ has something Elm doesn't, it's called speed and you can't teach that.

Elm has nous but no pace.

I'd rather have Elm because he'll understand how to use the good players around him.

Noticeable how Kamara regularly found the ideal goalscoring position on Saturday whilst wasting all but one of the chances that came his way. Because he'll take some of them I'd have him in ahead of either Elm or EJ.
