Ok I'll break the bad news there will be No Signings Today, I can guarantee it. 1 its a Match Day and 2 the biggest reason The FA are Closed it a Bank Holiday there will be no one in the offices.

The only team to announce anything are West Ham saying they are going to sign a Drugs Cheat
