Finally, it sounds like we're pushing for Bundesliga players. I've said it before about Nordtveit in the previous (locked) January thread that he would be quite the signing.

Surprised we aren't connected to any Bundesliga players. In a system geared for fitness, one could easily look at any Bundesliga centre-back to be considered. Majority of the formations are 3 backs, so these centre-backs must be very fit and able to read the game well. My personal choice would be Havard Nodtveit, who is playing for TSG Hoffenheim, but previously played for West Ham. Norway international with good size, and 45 caps to his name. https://www.whoscored.com/Players/21742/Show/H%C3%A5vard-Nordtveit . He's 28 years old, and not currently starting for Hoffenheim. Also, came up the Arsenal youth ranks, before being loaned out a couple times, mostly played for Borussia M'Gladbach. Market has him for roughly £4.5m.

Fulham are closing in on a loan deal for Hoffenheim's Havard Nordtveit. The Norway international, who has 45 caps, can play centre back and centre midfield. Nordtveit, 28, had a season at West Ham in 2016-17.
