Now that surely everyone agrees its over and surely everyone also now agrees that CR is not the man to take us forward in the Championship (today was also absolutely beyond belief after Tuesday night, but I'll leave that for now), can we just move him on tomorrow and get in someone for next year? Giving them a bit of a head start, get to know the few players who'll still be around, etc?

there will still be some who insist we can beat the big teams in March and that its not all over but us "moaners" have been preparing for relegation for weeks. Wagner probably not, Joka lost the dressing room didn't he so that would be full of problems and issues, so it has to be a complete rethink and remodel what we do and how we do it. A Director of Football, a Head Coach with a team of specialists and TK left at home running his wrestling empire.

I do agree about a complete restructure and a model in place (rather than a total rebuild/rethink every season) but feel Wagner could be the right man for that. I don't think whether the dressing room being lost or not matters as none of them will be here (see MJG's post for the stark reality of what us 'moaners' have been pointing out for weeks).

Well I want to continue the survival fight but it really looks hopeless, we haven't got the players and the system and tactics have fallen apart.
