RB - New signing
CB - New signing
RW - New signing

Odoi and Ayite in two of those slots for me. No brainer. With Christie (good player in the Championship), Ream, MLM, Steven Sessegnon, Kamara and possibly Nordvelt and/or Markovic as backup.

GK - Betts and Rodak can fight it out
RB - New signing
CB - New signing
CB - Mawson
LB - Bryan
DM - Seri
AM - Cairney
AM - Anguissa
LW - Sessagnon
CF - Mitrovic
RW - New signing

New signings should be ~24-25yo Championship players who have a good chance of making the step up to the Prem in 2-3 years time. The Cairneys of two years ago, the Bryans of this year.

Is there any depth for injuries (cover for Betts, Mawson, Cairney or Mitro) or any there any talent off the bench?

Great First XI, but you won't even make the Playoffs if the rest of the squad is Kids.

A Centre Back is most needed as permanent so the teams "central spine" develops. The rest can be loans, especially as we may have a potential premier league RBs (S.Sess or Christie) and a potential premier league RW (Elliott or Markovic or Torres) in the near future if they improve.

Besides, if we are doing really well mid season, then the January Transfer window is one we can think about wide more permanent wide players.
