I think the 2016 article about this was updated on the BBC website recently and it hit the most read section yesterday which probably caused the confusion.

Whoops didn't realise sorry mods remove if you like. Parkinson's is a wicked affliction I watched my dads days end with it. From being an active man he ended up shuffling along. I always contribute to collections for it
