Just heard fella ask the presenter if he thought £20.00 was a bit strong for todays friendly? I have to admit when first announced i did think seemed a bit strong but i have no concept of what prices are for these type of games nowadays.
I still think a cup of tea in a café is 50 pence?

If it's a "genuine" match £20 OK. The problem is if the game is used to give everyone a game by mass substitutions which mean that any flow to the game disappears...the game becomes meaningless to the paying customer.

£20 for a nothing game is too much IMO.

£12 fair, £15 ok, anything over £18 is definitely too much.

I suspect they priced it at this level to keep the gate manageable as they tested the new ground procedures.

although I consider £20 high for this fixture, the 4,000 odd WHU fans didn't.
