Have him back in a heart beat. Think he needs a club like us to get him back where he was too. Get his old confidence back and he could be a real force in a team like ours in the championship.

He was highly rated when he was signed by Spurs just before Poch became manager, he (Poch) didn't want him so eventually shipped him on loan to us, where he went through the 3 manager in a season debacle that ended with Mad Felix, he had no real chance to impress, and let's be honest no-one impressed that season.

I would certainly pick him as a steffjo back up on a free. I remember the villa away game, he was everywhere for that.

my memory is he was nothing special when we had him on loan.... but it was a few years ago. The one thing I recall was people saying what a great addition he would be but the lack of memory speaks volumes, however magath may have been the real issue.

Mad Magath had a few issues if I recall....

Siblings, let us not be down on it.
One total catastrophe like this...is just the beginning !

He's 29. TK reckons he's too old.

When does the window close?

And in the central defence department, any news?
Johny's in the basement
Mixing up the medicine
I'm on the pavement
Thinking about the government
The man in the trench coat
Badge out, laid off
Says he's got a bad cough
Wants to get it paid off
Look out kid
It's somethin' you did
God knows when
But you're doin' it again

As I remember it - One of his problems was that he had played under Magath before and had described him as being odd and a bit of a bully (my paraphrase ) . He then finds himself under his old boss again. There was certainly nothing wrong with his attitude or work rate. He was a decent player who came across as a real 'team player ' - a bit like Ollie Norwood. I just can't see how he wouldn't make a decent addition to the squad as I doubt his wage demands would be too high and I don't think he is related to anyone else at FFC ( an added bonus as we are in danger of resembling an episode of the Waltons)
