Luton are crap tbh. We should be about 4 up by now. Just wish we could get the second and take the pressure off. We know a one goal lead is rarely enough.....

Totally agree, knock and caves finishing hasn't been great, and I hope it doesn't come back to bite us

Thank goodness, 2  nil up now. Hopefully that will settle us down  and we can go on and score a couple more. A clean sheet would be good too.

Are you serious?! What game are you watching? Luton are rubbish. Thank goodness were now 3 1 up! Disappointing we conceded and admittedly that gave them a bit of a boost for a bit!

Sorry, can't get the stream, not watching.  Just following the stats and such, and the live thread commentary here.  Thank goodness for Mitro today.  When the lead was cut to one, I'm sure most FFC fans were getting nervous, I know I was, at the prospect of dropping a couple of points.  Don't forget, we've lost to and drawn against teams we clearly should have walked away with 3 points from.

Sorry we conceded such a late goal. Feel the win should have been more comfortable against a team that didn't do much but thankfully points in the bag!

Still way too leaky defense.  Not good.  Especially considering FFC plays with so much possession, the defense isn't called upon as frequently as other teams.  Something has to improve!

Happy for the 3 points tonight.  Maybe FFC can build on this?  Nice to get some goal scoring, albeit from a single player.  But that defense!!  Needs fixing, badly.  Hector should help, but that's next year.

Maybe true what you say but are we really that much better? All the other managers and fans are continually raving about the quality of our players/squad, think they are playing mind games! We are Fulham, just Fulham and no devine right to get promotion and fail miserably again!

We got scored on from a set piece and a midfielder covering a forward on the backpost.

I don't think we're that leaky when playing a 4 back formation. We are 7th in goals against, and 4th goals for as well.

Think we're doing okay.

Sorry, beg to differ.  You're not considering the amount of possession.  FFC very leaky indeed.  We have usually a possession advantage of anywhere between 60% and 80%.  That means the back line is only being tested a minimum amount of the time, yet late goals are surrendered all the time, and sure wins turn into draws and draws turn into losses, and points easily gained are squandered away.  This defense needs fixing!!  Upgrades off season with the offense (Cav, Knock, Reid, Mitro re-signing) but NO improvements in the back line.  Help!

Am I the only one who thought Luton had a couple of decent players, particually the lad in the middle. Fast, strong, drove forward with the ball.
