Odd kick-off time for FA cup games

It looks to me as is all the FA cup games in January are kicking off at a minute past the 'usual ' time.  Ours v Villa (and many others) is 15:01, others at 12.31, some 17:31.   Obviously I've missed something - can anyone tell me what the extra minute is about please?
