Never forget that match, I think it will always remain my best ever game. For those too young to have seen the game it is necessary to know what giants Newcastle were at the time and what star players they had.

The Keeble foul on Black also remains the most disputed goal against Fulham that I can remember.

I was there, more like 49000.  The Keeble goal was a a def foul, pushed Black over the line.

I was one of those 39,000.  Up until the Juve and Hamburg, this was my favourite games ever at the Cottage. To put it in perspective, Newcastle were the current cup holders and a top team, they were 3-0 up after 20 minutes (sounds like yesterday) we fought back to lead 4-3 but they scored another two. We did frighten them though.
