Has Onomah got out of TC's way?

I think TC, Arter & BDR could be the new three amigos. Certainly signs in the last couple of games. Think we have real potential with them. Hope they can stay fit for the rest of the season

Yes and no.  While I think before Josh was in the way and running around like a headless chicken, now it's Harry.  Though I do think Scott allowing Tom to play deeper has really worked well in the last two matches.

Still prefer Kmac to Harry  :003:
Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

The implication that Onamah has lost us points by blocking a midfield of TC, Arter & BDR is nonsense. Josh Onamah has only started in five games when TC, Arter & BDR were available (i.e. in the matchday 18), but all four players started except against Middlesbrough, Huddersfield, and Barnsley. Onamah wasn't to blame for the Barnsley loss, and the only other game where Onamah started ahead of Reid was against Brentford to partner Stefjo and TC.

My suggestion had nothing to do with Arter & Reid, hence the title of post. I was making the observation that Onamah may have somewhat cramped TC.

In regards Arter & Reid, I was suggesting there may be some potential for a good partnership in our last ten games. Positive signs.

Tbf to the op, I don't think he has talked about points lost. But I think the upsurge in Cairneys play has been noticeable the last few games, and Onomah has not been playing, so it was a perfectly valid point to make. But as is usual nowadays certain posters have to jump down everyone's throat because they think the are the only ones whose points are valid.
Watching the ups and downs since 1958, wouldn't have it any other way, what a roller coaster of a club.

I don't think they've had a falling out. He got injured and Arter came in and played well. Reid may not be so dangerous in the box but he presses well and passes well. Onomah will I'm sure get his chance, he just needs to step up his game in the final third.

Let's not forget that Kamara used to always shoot and often miss the target, but he's getting some good crosses in now.
