Does anyone have a record of how many times each team in the Championship has been on TV?

Seems like we have been on a hell of a lot lately either as the manin event or on the red button

Every midweek game is on the red button
I was there, standing in the Putney end

Being on tv is a pain in the derriere with all the date changes Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
Guy goes into the doctor's.
"Doc, I've got a cricket ball stuck up my backside
"How's that?"
"Don't you start"

Not sure that is a complete list as I remember watching the Luton game on boxing day on the red button and that isn't on there
