Even most premiership clubs are not in a position to pay astronomical sums of money on players at this time so it would be pointless. I agree with most other points. There is nothing that stunning. TheFA should make an announcement so that clubs can make other arrangements to tide them over. Players could take a holiday. It’s strange that the first season premier players were given a winter break a month later they get an enforced one
