Is Hector playing out of position

He is not as good as he was before the lockdown. It appears as if he is playing out of his normal position.
He is the best central defender we have had for a long time.
Before lockdown he was playing as a center half . Now it looks as if he is part of a back three. This position does not suit him.
Plus it looks as if Tim Ream is the main central defender.
