Djed Spence was dropped by the academy, probably because of Drameh, Fossey and Sess and is currently doing well for himself at  Middlesbrough.

Seems an odd scenario. The Senior team needs strengthening at RB, but the club is so deep in the youth ranks that talented youngsters are moving to competing clubs for playing time.

 Very good luck to the boy. Leeds were but are no longer a big club. They have been in the doldrums for so long almost every club in the Premier league has over taken them. I remember reading Leroy Rosenior's book "it's only Banter". He talked about the serious race problem he and Paul Parker encountered at Leeds in his playing days. I seriously hope things are better now. All that sort of stuff can harm development.
