Does anyone know which broadcaster is the best value for number of Fulham games shown?
Is it too early to know

Finnans Right Peg

I would say it is impossible to know just yet but maybe get bt sports and then you can look out for a deal with tv now and get sky sports on a monthly contract and if we aren't on sky sports in a particular month cancel tv now for that month

It's gone from a Sky monopoly to a 'carve up', which I agree with, but it's a bit of a mess for the consumer. Sky, BT, Amazon having rights. Unless they have a concreate 'live game list' from the start of the season, it's a guessing game for consumers. The season hasn't even started and consumers are left in a 'pickle'. Why on earth would you subscribe to Sky Sports. Premier League at it's best.

As an aside our game v Arsenal is the first game on BT.

It is too early to know what channels we will be on.

Result of latest broadcast auction rights:
Sky Sports - 128 matches
BT Sport - 52 matches
Amazon Prime - 20 matches (2 gameweeks)

When are they?
Sky - 32 x Saturday 5:30pm, 8 x Saturday 7:45pm, 32 x Sunday 2pm, 24 x Monday or Friday 8pm (usually Monday)
BT Sport - 32 x Saturday 12:30 TV slot and 20 x midweek games.
Amazon Prime - 15/16th December (midweek), 28th December and 'two fixtures at a later date'

How many times were we on last time?
13. In the bottom half only Newcastle (19) were shown more times. Lowest was 8 - Huddersfield, Burnley, Bournemouth.

Update since Covid - 20 more games to be shown so 220 total, by whom - tbc
Recent update - The Times revealed that 3pm games during reduced capacity may be shown albeit not free to air. FulhamTV? All still tbc.

Thanks dude, so it's as clear as mud then. Sounds like BT Sports and daily Sky passes is the way to go...no F1 though.
It's pretty poor BT dont offer daily passes but maybe they'll look at that given the pandemic?

The sad reality is that it's more expensive to be an armchair fan than a matchgoing fan.

£18/month for BT
£17/month or £8 day pass for SKy

£420 (12 month contract) for the season is quite a lot. Alternatively, BT and the odd Sky pass is under £300

If you already have a sky box and sports package and take a contract with BT for your broadband they will throw in BTsport that you Can then watch on your sky box. The HD upgrade is just a few quid extra.

Funny, we fall into that category & BT sent us the equipment to connect to BT but it means disconnecting the SKY box.  Presumably I just need to call them to activate BT on the SKY box.

Not important just watch the matches on hesgoal.com, not always an English commentary, but free!

Hesgoal  muted with Gentlemen Jim commentary is a good combination.
However last time I tried hesgoal I was getting virus warnings. computer virus that is.

There is talk of a Season ticket holders being offered a deal as most / all will unable to attend home matches & certainly no away matches for the foreseeable future (unless an effective vaccine becomes widely available).

Never had that problem watching that website except when you go onto full screen, but the Anti virus software stops it, go back and try again and all is fine!

FFC is saying they won't be streaming any league games this season, so will they be on the website a day or 2 later as has been the case in recent seasons?
Is a dream a lie if it don't come true?

FFCFOREVER

I refuse to pay for Sky and BT. IPTV is the only way to go. With a whole array of English, US and European sports channels there is always channels to watch any teams on and all live. All you need is a reliable internet service provider and a secure VPN.

In theory all sports fans (just an idea), if they all got together, put a samll amount of money in (nothing like the requirements of the currant broadcasters), they could buy the Rights to sports and cut out the media companies. All they need to do is set up their own platform. They would be in pole position with the Premier League.  As time goes on more broadcasters will enter the market.
