Personally not a fan but appreciate the effort to update things. I would say either keep as is or properly lean in to something more contemporary, as this seems somewhere halfway

We Are Premier League

not an improvement. Prefer white over red, prefer old text over new text in the outer circle, prefer to keep circle around the ball.

If possible, can we steer clear of the casino 'gambling chip' look.
Agree with many that too much red not ideal.
Give the choice I'd keep current logo.
Predominantly Black & white looks striking/sophisticated then possibly introduce a little red.

I'm new to Fulham...but I'm not a fan of so much red.   Just me though.

Given red is no longer our default away colour, I think we should stick to black and white only. I would recommend a simplication of the previous logo, reducing the words and having a football without panels.

Not a graphic designer by any stretch, but I dabble in photoshop once in a while. Here's my contribution to the page 1 design:

- Image inside circle is "Home Supporters Only" image that can be found anywhere.
- Design inside black circle is the FFC crest font

I like Matt's top one. Things I like over the original:

1. Prefer the white lettering with a splash of red at the bottom.
2. Love the football design for the O.
3. Using the background in the circle gets rid of the blank canvas feel I get when I look at the design on page 1. With the background the balance feels much better.

My first thought on seeing 'the new' design is that it is OK and it will grow on people. However I am not a great fan of trade marks etc.  I think people remember their visits to internet sites for ease of use amd what they find there rather than anything else.

You keep the site up and running. The mods are putting their time in for free. So you decide between you and the rest of us will do what we do best and moan about it  :54:

I've put the Cottage iron-mongery behind the FoF...

here's what it look like against the FFC badge...

Like that, but what about using the current ball used in the prem, as that has red
Then make the 2 F's White. Otherwise black but the surrounding circle White?

I like the new proposla but drop the 'EST.' and just have 2008 centered at the bottom. I think it will look a lot shaper with less clutter.

Like me it's little, but I can't make it bigger!

I like what you did with the iron-mongery! Using it behind the FOF looks brilliant.

Looking at both badges side by side two things jump out to me.

1. Just as an observation, red is a far more dominant color in the FOF badge.
2. At the smaller size I can't read the Est 2008 at all. To be fair I have trouble reading small red print so it might just be me but it might read better if the lettering in the black ring was changed to white.

Overall I like the direction you're heading.

Bracken White

I hate with a passion the present 'FFC' badge, always have - it's plain, dour & characterless. I keep suggesting that we use a traditional logo such as that 'carved in stone' outside on the JH Stand. Did like, however, that pattern they used on the back of the new shirt from the Cottage railings. So I would be against anything that resembles the present club badge & much prefer the '70s format of your present badge, sorry!

The Rock

I actually have always liked the new badge, but I am not afraid of change.

Making it VERY similar to the existing badge, except the letters be FOF rather than FFC could be very effective!

I am sure this is going to generate a lot of comments that could land many in this revamped naughty corner, but I'd like it.

In a few years time people will still keep banging on about how they loved the old badge and hate the new one.

Thanks, Barry - just saw the feedback. I'm happy with it :)
