We are desperate for a vocal leader on the pitch someone that can organise, call players out on the pitch and hold them accountable. After that 2nd goal yesterday someone should have been banging heads together asking what the f is going on, all we saw were players pointing at each other and no one taking responsibility! We need a leader the players can respect, doesn't have to be the best footballer in the world, but someone that can lead and galvanize this shambles of a team, until we start playing as a team you can sign who you want, if the players are not playing for each other it will count for nothing.
