I can see this happening now following TKs tweet last night, sadly however all the quality defenders and strikers have been snapped up already. Unless BIG money is used in an effort to temp someone of a high standard, it will be just the same old story. WHO in their right mind would want to come to us now apart from very average players???

There will possibly be one or two out of contract players not wanted by other cubs who we can grab late on deadline day but too late to play for us until January.

See, I don't get this.  Why would TK post an apology/we'll do better tweet?  Makes no sense.  It also was a veiled (if not outright) slam of the FFC defender corp.  I've said it a million times, but often we see politicians, athletes, celebrities, sports personalities/management et al become their own worst enemy.  Foot in mouth disease.  There are times to speak out, there are times to simply keep it zipped!!
