London went crazy - it felt like all of London went out to lunch, and the traffic was blooming awful....crazy day in the cab

Exeter was the same this afternoon and it's brewing up nicely for this evening according to our postie. (Anyone remember when getting a letter was a morning thing.) It is the student fraternity, AGAIN, who can seemingly afford it, but they will doubtless be joined by our local lads and lassies in pushing the buttons of our constabulary later on.
Saying all that though the school drop offs and pick ups today, the first after half term and inset days, were like total madness meets zombie apocalypse. I can't see this aspect of lockdown working out well.
