A few who may be classed as old sods, but not scruffy like me, felt that last night would be after the Lord Mayor's Show and it was.  But the battling was there and a while back we would have lost. If there had been a week since the last great result I think we would have played with more style. The defence and 'keeper are quality now and so is the collective spirit. Mitro has to start next game. He nearly set up Lookman and brought a new dimension to our play after his short break.  049:gif

I agree Mike but I wish there was a bit more transparency about the reasons for Mitro's' apparent
loss of form and absence from the line up. I feel something is going on behind the scenes that we
are not being told about.

Hello Terry. They claimed an ankle injury. But I wonder of he had a hang over from missing that penalty for Serbia? The hopes of a nation gone by was of his miss. He certainly look committed last night. He didn't come on with the 'ump. And we are playing his old side this weekend.
