Talking about colossi (Thanks Twig for the catch) in this team - I can't recall a pairing of their quality, size, and decision making since Hangeland and Hughes.

Alphonse in goal, and Tete, Aina, Andersen, Tosin, and Robinson... what a defensive machine. It would be a travesty to watch such skill be torn apart by relegation. Lord I hope we stay up. The great escape is on.

What I like about our defence is they all have great pace plus they seem to be able to read situations and cut out so many through balls.

An amazing change from last season when so many defensive errors were a feature of our matches. Hand it to Parker, he has done well.

Aina seems to be so well disciplined in whatever role he's asked to play. Ok, so the whole back 5 have been great, and A&A have been rock-like, but should we drop a division it's Aina who's more likely to sign methinks and that would be great.
