We Are Premier League

Have a good feeling about this one...

Lookman    Maja     RLC
       Anguissa Lemina
                Reed
Aina     Tosin  Andersen Tete
                Areola

This is pretty much must win now. In fact I think we'll need at least 7 points from the next 3 games
Yep. The laws and refs decisions have cost us  massively this season.
Our inability to score goals has cost us far more than any refereeing decision.

Correct

Exactly!  And that's the primary reason FFC will have difficulty surviving this season.  I hope we can, but it's gonna be really difficult.  If FFC can somehow stay up, I think we need to look at new forwards and maybe some more forward midfielders.  Lookman and Maja are 'nice' players, but still, where is the production?  And we get virtually nothing from our midfielders too.  As good as we think some of these players are, to be PL quality, the offense needs improvement.  We have the defense sorted.  I think with the players/team as it stands now, we will be very fortunate (lucky) to stay up.

I would swap Decordova for RLC. BDR has been way more clinical in front of goal this season.

Yeah, I like your thoughts on that lineup kd.  (BDR for RLC)

Guy goes into the doctor's.
"Doc, I've got a cricket ball stuck up my backside
"How's that?"
"Don't you start"

FFC In Oz

I'm very anxious about this game.

Leeds defence isn't leaking as much as it was earlier in the season.

I'm thinking one goal might win this.  If Bamford misses that's a plus for us.

Leeds are bursting with goals, we need to score to match them but have only scored 8 at the Cottage in 14 matches, that is worrying.
They do have goals in them but their aggressive press often leaves openings that can be exploited. They are not rock solid at the back & can be got at.

Leeds = Must Win Match. Nothing less will do. It is simply a huge must win.

ARE LEEDS SAFE AT 36 POINTS, THEY HAVE GAMES AGAINS SHEE UTD, BRIGHTON, WBA, BURNLEY AND OF COURSE FRIDAY NIGHT V FULHAM.
READING THAT INJURED PLAYERS ARE BACK INTO SQUAD - THEY SCORE HATFULS (43)AND TIGHTENED UP AT BACK  LAST 2 MONTHS.

IF THEY FEEL THEY ARE SAFE THEN MIGHT MAKE IT EASIER

The Rock

Well the last time we played them they edged it, but we were playing Odoi, Hector, Kamara, Bryan, Onomah and so on.

This time I think we are the better team.

It will come down to the day.

Why 20.00 kick off ? No other games on.

is BDR still injured?
I don't think he is injured.  Somebody posted that his wife was due to give birth imminently which is why he missed the City game.  Certainly hope he is back for Friday!

Leeds are all attack, mainly counter attack through eg Raphina.

Our defence, bar suicidal moments eg yesterday, are pretty solid.

I think their style suits us, expect a win.

I would play Mitrovic from the start.
Agreed. Maybe with Maja alongside him
Agree with this

Refreshing to see Mitro must play nonsense.

Unfortunately it seems he is injured (I think SP said immediately before the City game that he'd taken a knock) and according to the EPL injury table is ruled out with no return date yet.
The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

Well who do you suggest can put the ball in the back of the net then?  Surely worth a go?  Especially with BDR out...

I didn't know that.  Thanks for the update.
