Who would you take as our next manager?

Allestree andy

So if parker moves on/get the push who would you want from this list.
if you choose anyone else please tell us who you would choose
To the limit and beyond

Bronaldinho

Javier Pereira?

Good start to his managerial career in China, worked at the club in different roles.

I would love to see a Xavi or Iniesta type of former player come in if they could be persuaded. That way we know they would be allowed to manage without interference!!

Deeping_white

Valérien Ismaël - done wonders with Barnsley so would like to see what he could do with our squad.

Bronaldinho

Dreaming wishlist (Probably never gonna happen)

Lucien Favre - so ambitious, Bielsa levels if that happened
Laurent Blanc - approached him last time in the prem, got rejected
Patrick Vieira
AVB - Think he's the ideal man if we ever become a stable PL club again.

Other Notable names:
Luis Boa Morte - Been assistant at Sporting, Everton, Arsenal and Maccabi Haifa
Marco Silva - We'd certainly play attacking football, but defence would be bad
Montella - Would he come back?
Javi Gracia - Tremendous job at Watford
Quique Sanches Flores - Another ex Valencia / Watford
Jurgen Klinsmann - Not so great in recent jobs
Mark Van Bommel - PSV impressive
Chris Wilder - Great job at Sheff United
Eddie Newton? - Former Chelsea coach

I know it is only a small number of votes so far, but how(!) is Howe so far ahead?!

Just compare their respective managerial records:

Eddie Howe (win ratio 41.83%)

AFC Bournemouth
Football League Championship: 2014–15
Football League One runner-up: 2012–13
Football League Two runner-up: 2009–10

Rafa Benitez (win ratio 49.2%)

Valencia
La Liga: 2001–02, 2003–04, UEFA Cup: 2003–04

Liverpool
FA Cup: 2005–06, FA Community Shield: 2006, UEFA Champions League: 2004–05, UEFA Super Cup: 2005

Inter Milan
Supercoppa Italiana: 2010, FIFA Club World Cup: 2010

Chelsea
UEFA Europa League: 2012–13

Napoli
Coppa Italia: 2013–14, Supercoppa Italiana: 2014

Newcastle United
EFL Championship: 2016–17

I was also thinking of Montella - problem is he cannot speak English.

I'm best mates with Eddie Newton's cousin, so I can ask him if he is interested in the job!

Would Benitez join a Championship Club again?

I just see Parker being with us for the long term. Sure, he needs some attacking help, from the coaching side of things. And my god we need to stop playing such predictable football. But look at our squad list without the loans and Mitro/Anguissa/Seri. It's a good team. Just needs to score more.

Sarri in the championship would be an interesting one. Joka or Howe for me

Nick Bateman

Jokanovic is being saught by Sheffield United but Fulham could gazzump them and I for one would welcome the man who taught Scott Parker everything Parker knows, but not everything Joka knows....
Nick Bateman "knows his footie"

Woolly Mammoth

Eddie Howe for me if not Chris Wilder.

Unfortunately Slavisa will not return whilst the owners son is D of F.

Steve Cooper for me. Has done wonders for Swansea with virtually no money. I get the feelings that the Swans owners are not too different to ours (ie clueless), so coming to us could be tempting. He plays youth too; his centre backs are the youngest in the leagues.

I would not want a single one of these

I voted SJ. My only caveat is that if he came back that he adapted his tactics if we got promoted. He still had us playing all out attack against sides that you needed to contain. Amazed he did that. Besides not having that foresight, he didn't a top job.

The Jocanovic /Shefield rumour started some time ago, what is the hold up.

I think I'd give him a chance above all the other options mentioned.  Probably within our budget as well?

Parker is not going anywhere, but just for the sake of the question (and assuming Jokanovic is not coming back) I would go for a German manager.
