Does anybody now exactly how fair play works??

Anguissa for example cost us £24 million and was given a 4 year contract ( value £6 million a year) he has been with us 3 years so does that mean any fee we get over £6 million now is a plus in regards to FFP??

That is a correct breakdown. Your exact figures are probably off because nobody knows for sure what the true fees are for accounting purposes though.

It is the biggest reason the transfer business of 18-19 is such a problem. The year over year amortization costs of those transfers are about 4 times that of the players purchased last season!

You are pretty much spot on, but it seems we can afford to keep Anguissa so maybe we should. If we go up having an established connection down the spine of Tosin, Kongolo, Reed, Anguiissa, Onamah and Mitrovic could be very useful if promoted, although it would mean we would need new wingers on promotion as Cav and Reid are championship starting forwards only.

Hence, the case for selling Anguissa would be to buy some forwards in order to score more get promoted and then after promotion buy a PL central midfielder to keep us up. I would note the recent promotion success stories like Wolves, Aston Villa and Leeds have come up with a somewhat established central midfield, so suggest keeping Anguissa and buying wingers later maybe the best plan.
