This is our 104th season of league football, since we were admitted to the Football League in 1907.

After just 16 games and 43 goals, we have already scored more goals than in 14 of our previous 103 complete seasons.

More remarkably, with 24 goals in 8 games away from home, we have already scored more goals away from home than in 57 (yes 57) of the previous 103 complete seasons. We are well on target for this season to set a record for our highest ever away goals tally in a season (44 in 1957/58).
