Last night with the foul when the bloke launched himself at him and could easily have broken his leg if he made real contact, and Saturday with the deliberate fore arm smash.
Respect for not making a fuss by rolling all over the floor that many others do, but it also raises the debate that if he had stayed down screaming in agony ,would the referees opinion of both incidents have been different.
I certainly felt Snodgrass was a red and am surprised it has not been looked at.
Watching the ups and downs since 1958, wouldn't have it any other way, what a roller coaster of a club.

Blackburn were close to two or three reds last night and for that alone deserved the scoreline against them.

Baszab

Ref must have felt sorry for their pathetic performance because that was a cast iron Red on AR

As the ref booked Snodgrass at the time not sure there is any retrospective action that can be taken. Which is a shame as he could have really hurt Robinson.

when losing (or winning) by so many it is best not to do such foolish things. The bookings late on were just stupid, our boys did well to keep calm.

Also much better with his delivery today. The cross for Muniz's second was perfect

Muniz pointed for it and Robinson delivered on a plate

My response, "Well, lad, you just haven't seen the light yet"

The inconsistency of the refereeing is frustrating. Sure, Tosin caught the player, but that's only because he was closer to the ball. The Blackburn player's challenge on AR was 100% a red card. It was wild and dangerous.  Tosin should not have made the challenge he did, but it was a genuine attempt at the ball, and he did not miss it by much at all. For one but not the other to get a red card is shambolic. Ref just felt it easier not to do the right thing.

The Sky commentator was for a large part a grade 1 moron, but he did astutely point out Robinson appeared to have been practicing fizzing balls in along the floor from the wings pre match and was doing that throughout the game to good effect. Won us the corner Mitro scored from, for instance.

Lee Hendrie was getting on my nerves, spent the whole first half trying to justify a complete non entity of Odoi handballing deliberately in the box, and then the Reed "handball" before the red card. Ex Blackburn player Stewart Downing (who has genuine reason to be slightly biased) even said it wasn't for either incident, was so bizarre that he kept going on about it considering that by the definition of the rules, neither was close to being handball

It was a peach of a cross for Muniz, as good as I've seen.

Yep, on a platter.  Very nice play.  I think Robinson has had now a couple of good outings in a row.  Seems to be working on his passing and crossing skills.  Well done to the young lad.

We may as well Robinson. Over rated.

I have noticed before the games now, both full / wing backs crossing the ball into the front 4, seems a good idea.

Still smarting after Fulham beat Villa in the play-off final?

filham

In recent years the left back position has given us problems, right now with Robinson and Bryan available the only problem is which one to play.
Right now Robinson has first claim.

Yeah, silva has clearly been working on that or asked him too as he has got better progressively this season with his final ball. Still room for improvement though.

It is refreshing to hear silva talk about players in terms of their development and clearly having an interest in that side of management, obviously very important but not everyone does it. He spoke in the latest press conference about how Wilson could improve and that's the aim, don't think we'd have got comments like that from Parker or a few previous managers under the khan's.

WhiteJC

do you think Boa has been giving him some tips?

The Cravenette

You can see him practicing his crossing during the warm ups at CC too. He is definitely working on that aspect of his game and has improved a lot
