I think its more likely to be on. Some clubs have been quite....accepting of their own requirement to postpone league matches. Championship clubs are likely to have a more prosaic view of the romance of the cup, and will find enough players to fulfil the matches.

Surely by now clubs are aware of the Covid risks and are putting restrictions on their players that should result in fewer postponements
