Just finished a really good book about the championship. It follows the whole of last season (so we only get a passing mention re our victory over Brentford at Wembley) but really gets under the skin of the league with contributions from players, managers, fans and people involved in all kinds of ways at clubs - groundspeople, media, recruitment etc. Quite exciting as well although we know the outcome the writer tracks teams up and down in the promotion and relegation fights. I like a good bit of football reading- any other recommendations?

Fulham 442

"Crossing the Line" by Jacqui Button and Lorraine Hughes (ie Jack and Loz at the Cottage), a novel about FFC!

Viz, it tells the story of post modernist society, within a comic styley format

Actually I think Viz is a genuine work of genius, seriously. Not as funny as it used to be ha ha but genius nonetheless

You're correct it's not as funny as yesteryear...but once or twice a year is fun
