+1 hearing reports of us getting Carvalho back on loan from Liverpool after giving him away only to develop him for them...this is the stuff that's extra sickening and shows what kind of people this club is run by at the top level. How pathetic do you need to be!

But yes....excellent achievement! Congratulations in order!
I just wish the standouts would be given serious contracts,maybe with buyouts,that would enable them to be given bench opportunities and to not be bought for pennies off of us. The euro clubs have ginormous release clauses in their young players contracts,why do we never do stuff like that? Surely stansfield and especially Hilton are worthy of stuff like that!?

Why exist as a football club when there are bigger and better teams. Why not fold and save us all the heartache now for when we inevitably don't win a game at some point in the future. Hell why not fold the entire league system and let's just watch the super league now as that's where all the good players will end up.

How can you turn something so positive for our academy into a negative???? Our academy is something to be cherished and the sheer number of quality players we're producing is something to be immensely proud of, next step is consistently using them in the first team like Man Utd have managed to do over the years
