Apart from our own manager, are there any Premier League managers for whom you have a sneaking admiration?
As a reminder, here is the list :

Steve Kean :  Blackburn Rovers
Carlo Ancelotti :  Chelsea
Steve Bruce  :  Sunderland
Owen Coyle : Bolton Wanderers
Roberto Di Matteo : West Bromwich Albion
Sir Alex Ferguson : Manchester United
Avram Grant   : West Ham United
Roy Hodgson  : Liverpool
Ian Holloway  :Blackpool
Gérard Houllier  :Aston Villa
Mark Hughes  : Fulham
Alan Pardew  :Newcastle United
Roberto Mancini  :Manchester City
Roberto Martínez  :Wigan Athletic
Mick McCarthy : Wolverhampton Wanderers
Alex McLeish Birmingham City
David Moyes : Everton
Tony Pulis  :Stoke City
Harry Redknapp : Tottenham Hotspur
Arsène Wenger  :Arsenal

I'd say Woy of course, but also Roberto Di Matteo, Ian Holloway, David Moyes and, dare I say it, Arsène Wenger.
Finn and Corked Hat, you are forever part of the family.

The Equalizer

As much as I'd hate to say it: 'Arry.

He's a sneaky bastard, but he's also a shrewd businessman and a very good football manager.
"We won't look back on this season with regret, but with pride. Because we won what many teams fail to win in a lifetime – an unprecedented degree of respect and support that saw British football fans unite and cheer on Fulham with heart." Mohammed Al Fayed, May 2010

Absolutely not. Bunch of grumpy overpaid primadonnas the lot  :dead horse:

Ian Holloway, doesn't understand the concept of parking the bus or rolling over and letting the big boys run you ragged. Team made for relative pennies giving the larger teams a good fight. The only team I genuinely hope stays up besides us.

Also comes out with some great one liners
"Me and Blackpool have a lot in common, we both look better in the dark"

Owen Coyle for me. Has done a terrific job for Bolton and did aswell for Burnley. Will probably end up at a much bigger club next season.

Also, Hodgson.

Didn't like the fact he left obviously but took this team to a final that not many of us dreamed was possible

I also liked Ian Holloway's comment about putting in a cheeky bid for Tevez, given that Blackpool is a little bit closer to Argentina than Manchester.

Holloway for me too - but my favourite manager isn't even in the Premier League and that is Eddie Howe of Bournemouth. :down_under:

Coyle,Redknapp, Holloway.

I think you'd be a bit bonkers not to at least appreciate that Sir Ferguson and Monsieur Wenger are top drawer too and up there with any of the all time greats.

Roberto Martinez of Wigan is a manager I admire. I like Wigan and the fact that they are very Jekyll and Hyde. I don't really understand why Holloway is so popular. I think he has done a great job but so have many others.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

Holloway is popular, Mr Lighthouse, because he has a sense of humour and doesn't take life too seriously, unlike some people we could mention  :010:

Wenger is a French twit

True Mr Finn, I have a pretty strong aversion to the french, but I still think he's a good manager

finnster01

There hasn't been a proper manager since Joe Kinnear had a heart attack.

I miss those x-rated press conferences

He's not French. He comes from Alsace ('La France extérieur' which seems half-German most of the time).  If anything, he's an Alsatian twit.
